I cannot recommend Anthony James enough!! From our first meeting they were polite, friendly and honest. Eammon came round to value our property and didn't use any annoying tactics or pressure to use their company. Everyone can see through the rubbish that most estate agents give out so it was refreshing to be approached in a friendly and calm manner.
Once signed some members of the team came round to view our property. This was fantastic as they got to see what they were selling. David and Sally who came round were polite, friendly and listened to my requests/concerns.
David showed potential buyers around with a lot of information and was approachable to all. This enabled people to ask questions and interest for the property was shown. Thank you David!!!
Throughout the sale I had constant communication with the team. Paige was amazing at listening and reacting to any problem that occurred. She would always phone back with an update! Paige was super friendly, polite and was a pleasure to talk to! Thank you Paige for your hard work!!
Eammon dealt with a few hiccups with extreme professionalism and skill! He also kept us updated with any forthcomings. Thank you Eammon for listening to what WE wanted and achieving it too.
The set fee for their work is amazing and we wouldn't of sold our property as easy as we did for the best price without Anthony James residential! Thank you so much!!!!
I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

This came to bite me on the butt when I wanted to sell my property and gave notice to my tenants....If you are looking to rent out your property, buy or sell, this is the only estate agents in Dartford to use and in hindsight, I really recommend using a letting agent if considering renting out your property!! Eamon (owner) has previously worked for his local competition as senior management for 10's of years, so has built on their short comings and offers something quite unique. From the eviction proceedings, eviction, marketing property through to the sale of the property, Eamon was there every step of the way, which I hadn't had from previous estate agents. I was completely out of my depth and truly do not know what we would of done without him!! He knows his stuff inside out and as a family run business, you can rely on the fact that you're not just another number. Contactable day or night, you feel valued and part of their family. Eamon heads up a small, slick, tight knit work force that deliver on every aspect, Faultless. Amazing value for money and worth every penny! Thank you all again, from the bottom of our hearts

I have just had my first tenant move into my property, and I can't thank Anthony James enough for their dedication and support through the whole process. DISGRACEFUL Company to deal with, rude obnoxious staff. My wife has just tried talking to a senior member of staff to be shouted at and spoken to in an argumentative manner, this is clearly unprofessional. The way Eamon spoke to my wife would indicate how low he will scoop to speak to his customers, it appears all the staff at AJ lack customer service.
We currently use AJ to fully manage our flat, they have not provided us with the service that a decent lettings agent would, I am not going to go into detail on here as we are going to be taking this matter further. The point I am trying to make is if there is an issue then talk like an adult don't talk in an argumentative manner to your customers! The customer is always right! My wife called simply to discuss a letter you had sent to us, but you refused to listen to her and cowardly terminated the call because you didn't want to hear what she had to say.
Threatening to take us to court doesn't make us reconsider our options it makes us even more determine to fight the issues that we are having with you.
I wonder how many other unhappy customers have been threatened with legal proceedings?? The feedback on here says it all... no positive feedback all but one negative feedback on here, says it all really about this company.
DO NOT USE ANTHONY JAMES, WORST LETTINGS AGENCY.

I strongly suggest you focus on your Dartford Branch. Every memeber of staff i encounterd (Ella, Debbie, David and a few others) were either rude or did not know what they were doing. Extremely unproffesional
