We have had the most awful experience using this agency as a landlord. They work though a letting sub agent ARPM who are understaffed and unavailable when you need them. Their service is poor and as they were fully in charge of fixing issues with a beautiful property, replaced damaged good with... Read Full Review

We have had the most awful experience using this agency as a landlord. They work though a letting sub agent ARPM who are understaffed and unavailable when you need them. Their service is poor and as they were fully in charge of fixing issues with a beautiful property, replaced damaged good with inferior products. They need to be followed up on every issue and don’t take responsibility with required to do so. Their staff turnover is huge and we now moved to a firm that takes a personal and responsible interest in our property.
