I find Kathy who manages my flat looks out for me as a temant which I really appreciate. I had a long ongoing problem with my hot water when I first moved in. I have been a tenant in the above address for five years and Kathleen Milne has been my property manager over the last few years . Kathleen as been very helpful and always resolved any issues i may have encountered . I would say Acorn is a great company that communicate well with there tenants... Read Full Review

Terrible service, takes ages to resolve issues. And does not care about its tenants. Properties seem to be left to go into disrepair by landlords, and this is not spotted by them (Acorn). We know of 4-5 properties like this now after speaking to other people who have used Acorn to let property.... Read Full Review
