Extremely rude. Harassed my brother to buy within her deadline. This is her knowing that he is unwell and has mental health difficulties. Awful, awful customer service. Got mislead into paying for the sign up fees in the hope that we would have a guaranteed pass. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Complaints are to be sent to the Director Miss Clare Morrall in writing and will be responded too within 7 days. if your complaint is not satisfied we are covered by the property Ombudsman therefore you can write to them.
