An interesting experience! The lady on the phone assured us tha the service was discreet. We were subjected to a gratuitous and unwanted party political broadcast on behalf of the Conservative party and the waste of profligate town councils, several invitations to gossip about our neighbours, and overly intrusive questions about our personal circumstances. Rather more than the fairly simple transaction we required warranted!

The minute you enter their office you start checking yourself for body odour because the looks on the employees' faces is so unpleasant. They represented my landlord who frequently breached my lease including stealing water and electric from me and couldn't have cared less when I reported ... Read Full Review

I had to pay a full months rent for one cat. Ridiculous. Their other fees were exorbitant.

The minute you enter their office you start checking yourself for body odour because the looks on the employees' faces is so unpleasant. They represented my landlord who frequently breached my lease including stealing water and electric from me and couldn't have cared less when I reported his actions to them. I moved from another country and they couldn't have been less accommodating or welcoming. They don't seem to like their jobs or care to to them well. There are so many better estate agents so best to avoid this one.

Absolute and total utter waste of time. The listing for the property was incorrect as it stated parking was available to the rear via a side driveway which turned out not to be the case. They wanted another months deposit for 2 cats when most letting agents charge an additional £100.00. Also... Read Full Review

They wanted another months deposit for 2 cats when most letting agents charge an additional £100.00. Also they required a payment of £54.00 per person non returnable referencing fee and on top of all that they wanted 3 months bank statements from each applicant along with 3 months wage slips!

Staff were well I won't go into that as I am sure they were trying their best.
The only reason I have given them 1 star is I could not post the review with 0!
