Worst choice I have made by a long shot. They are rude, incompetent, unprofessional and down right difficult. I totally agree with jazmine. They are dishonest, unproffesional, greedy agents and give all agents a bad name. The service they provide is terrible. They claim to be honest and professional but are not and gazumped us. Would not recommend at all to family or friends. Stick to bigger chains agents you know what service you are getting.
