They seem to owe a lot of landlords a lot of money and their shop is now closed. It seems we may also be liable for the deposit that is missing too. I've moved to Belvoir Lettings of Northampton, who have helped sort this mess. As they are ARLA registered, I am at least assured this can't happen ... Read Full Review

Pay their clients late. Don't reply to chases. Don't reply to anything. Can't believe that any Service Company can get away with treating it's customers like this. Landlords beware - do not use this company. We let our property through Thomas & Co for several years. There were months when they withheld payment to us - although the tenant had paid on time.
