Anybody looking for a worthwhile estate agent in Tyldesley, Astley area look elsewhere. The Steps USP is that they are prepared to go the extra yard for you, they did anything but that. 5 viewings in 18 weeks, none of which did they attend themselves. Trust me, you must AVOID this estate agents. We put our house on the market late 2017 and decided to use The Step. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
