Hmmm, as a seller I think you're always going to be looking for the best deal when it comes to rates but I think you also need to consider service. Although there are other agencies in the area offering better rates, having had the experience of working with the SW19 team previously along with their knowledge of the local area I was satisfied that by spending a little more the process would be easier through them. I was right, in fact it was only due to the fact that my buyer skimped on a cheap solicitor that the process both dragged on and became complicated... something that Hayley and Ryan helped deal with throughout the sales process.

The agent is incompetent, they do not respond to emails, just take your money and disappear. Neither are they worthy as letting agents, I had to chase them for what seemed like forever and a day to be issued with my tenancy agreement, Inventory on moving in, receipt of all monies paid to them etc. ... For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
