Disgusting and fraudulent site. Answers from chat takes like 3-4 hours with usefulness -100%, only time wasting... This is not a biggest prob.

After I made a bookment of the room (1500 ppm) and paid 149 p I called to landlord and asked for conformation. He told me that only whole apart is for rent (about 4500 ppm).
After I wrote to supp I've been told that I had to call to landlord BEFORE booking. BUT there are no contacts on site, LOL. Only in email after payment was made.

Later I tried to book another room, and it was available for it! Absolutely same situation. I saw other flats with rooms and there was no possibilities to book only 1 room. So this 2 situations are deep mistakes or clear fraudulent.

Student Tenant were useful to find tenants at one time. Their advantage was a zero cost for landlords (fees taken from tenants) and a good system to electronically complete all paperwork. Since new legislation they can no longer offer landlords a zero fee experience. They get two stars rather than one for their paperwork system.

As managers of my property they were genuinely awful. They were basically a poor email forwarding service, with no coordination between departments meaning I was asked the same questions over and over again by different people. Despite promising a key exchange service etc, no local services were delivered. Despite agreeing to not be contacted with faults under £200, I was contacted about everything. At one point the shower hose broke, something I would expect to be fixed ASAP. They sent several emails to me and eventually billed me and assured me work had been carried out. On inspecting the property three months later (they also do not conduct inspections), the water pipe was still broken, and the tenants explained a contractor came and changed the shower head, which was not broken. Obviously the management "team" did no follow up.

Unless you're desperate for tenants and want to advertise with several agencies, give these people a wide birth. They strike me as a group of people with good IT skills and absolutely no skills regarding property management. They will cost you more time and a lot more money than simply managing yourself.
