We signed our tenancy agreement and paid our money on 17 December 2012 - I'm pretty sure that they had stopped trading by 21 December 2012. Agree with previous negative comments with the exception staff must have known what was going on. 10 Jan 2013They have gone into liquidation. If you find out who the creditor is, you should be able to make a claim on your money. Apparently it will take around 6 weeks to do. I signed a tenancy agreement...

STAY CLEAR OF THESE AGENTS!!! They are in SERIOUS financial trouble and the Directors especially Mr Carl Mulvey shouldn't even be allowed to hold a directorship.
