Appalling. Have discovered they didn't bother with a check out/in between tenants (previous tenants have moved back to Australia!) so we have to put right and pay all costs for considerable damage. 8 Mar 2011I am a landlord and Stone are under contract to manage my property. They do not answer emails and their phones appear to be disconnected or a recorded voice tells us 'the user's mailbox can't accept...
