Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Sanderson Estates were fantastic. They showed a genuine level of care behind our move and were quick to respond with our queries. Sanderson estates should put more emphasis on actually delivering the \'quality service\' they so claim to possess. It is unacceptable that a estate agent can represent a property to have certain bills included and others not, however then on the day of contract signing attempt to reverse these representations. Even if this was a genuine mistake it does represent any form of \'quality service\'. I get the feeling that Sanderson is more concerned with chasing fees rather than customer service. This is evident in the mistakes that were made. I felt that the company was overstretched and understaffed which ultimately I fear will lead to more mistakes much like the ones we experienced.
