Unfortunately, the standard of Rose and Sargent's letting team has really, really deteriorated. I have let various properties with Rose and Sargent, for about 20 years, but have recently been extremely let down by their role as 'Full Managing Agent' of my rental properties. ... Read Full Review

First class service from Rose and Sargent, the most hassle I had was finding which restaurant to use for my hours abscence while they did all the work. Can't praise them enough, did not shop around for cheapest commission when there's a house for sale there are much more important criteria. ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
