RATS. I lived in a shared house let by Rivendale back in 2021-2022. We arrived to find the house in an absolute state: rotting food in the cupboards, mould everywhere, literal rats in the walls. We rented from Rivendale as students some while ago. When we moved in, the flat was not clean, cobwebs, crumbs etc. We cleaned it from top to bottom. DO NOT USE. I have had an awful time with these estate agents. Firstly the house was in a shocking state when first arrived flies smell and broken furniture everywhere.
