Situated on the Hertfordshire/ Buckinghamshire border, Tring offers the perfect blend of countryside living alongside fantastic commuter links into London by both train and car. The market town hasn't lost it's appeal over the years boasting lots of history surrounding the Rothschild family and the Roman era. The
High Street is made up of a mixture of independent boutique style shops, bigger chains and of course Tring's longest serving independent Estate Agent, Michaael Anthony. Paul Swindlehurst opened the office here in January 1991 and has firmly established himself as part of the High Street, he is still based here and enjoys being part of the community.

I was very nervous about the process of selling my house (I'm a worrier, I can't help it!) as I've not done it before. Andy was very reassuring and talked me through the process at every stage. Within a week of my property going onto Rightmove, 8 separate potential buyers had viewed the house, respectfully. Day 6 we had a first offer and day 7 we accepted an offer. Liam and Paul were also very active in the process, with Liam bringing the most people in to view and Paul being the agent to handle the accepting offer. It is also worth mentioning that all of this is happened just a couple of weeks before Christmas, a time when most people will 'put off' buying and selling houses to concentrate on the festive season! When I first bought the house 6.5 years a go, it was through Michael Anthony (Andy) and their professionalism and enthusiasm was great then, now its fantastic! Thanks again for your help and keep up the good work, I will continue to recommend you to my friends and family :o)
