Stow Brothers have been our lettings agents and property managers for the last two years, having rented a property via them. During that time, we found Stow Brothers to be absolutely great to work with. At a time where it's often known how mediocre estate agents can be, its refreshing to see Stow Brothers bring some genuine care and consideration to their standards. From the initial process of viewings, through to making an offer and moving into the property, we found Stow Brothers to be helpful, understanding and always ready to guide us through any processes or information. In particular, our property manager Anita Dodd was superb, very responsive over comms and prompt at answering any questions and resolving any issues, either herself or via her excellent team. This is all usually done within 24-48 hours, so you can feel confident that if there is a problem, you can have peace of mind that a solution is found quickly. All the usual safety/maintenance/compliance aspects of property management are organised quickly and also handled by some very pleasant contractors. We had very few issues with the house whilst there, barring one drainage issue, which was dealt with professionally and quickly, even out-of-hours. We have now sadly had to move from our property managed by the Stow Brothers as the original landlord had decided to sell, but we would of happily stayed. But would most definitely be happy to use Stow Brothers again in the future. You can be confident that your rental time can be enjoyed and that you feel at ease if you need to deal with any third parties. We found Anita her to be professional and articulate, but also a conscientious, warm and understanding person - and it goes to show how great that human touch is, as moving house can be one of the most high stress situations life has to offer!
