I moved to a property in stratford thanks to my agent ZIVILE. I was to busy to see the property as I’m studiying and working but my friend helped me and we started the process. THE PROCESS was really easy as I had all the documents ready and Zivile updated me with all the news via telephone or whatshapp. She picks up the phone no as other agents, and if she doesn’t , she let us know by message. PROPERTY Same as the pictures, a bit dirty (we expected that someone will clean it by the time we will be moving , but no), good water preassure , boiler working, no rats, no noisy neighbors. Toilets and shower working. Warm house. One room needs to be painted, Zivile is dealing with the landlord so we are waiting for updates. DEALING WITH MY FIRST ISSUE It’s Saturday 18 dec, my boiler stoped working and Zivile called me by video call to fix the problem. Also the maintenance service called my by video call to fix the problem. He called me 30 min later (probably he was busy), if they don’t pick up just leave a message, they will get back to you. Really surprised with the fast service. I’m so happy. AGENT Zivile has a good inglish, I could understand her (mine is not good), she picks up the phone, she makes viewings, serious letting agent. I can not give 5 stars due to the room that is not painted properly and the dirtiness of the house. Thank you so much Zivile you made my moving really easy and without stress.
