Cowling & Payne

I recently sold my shared ownership property with Cowling & Payne and have been very pleased with the entire process. My property had been on the market for about 5 months prior to using C&P and in this time I had no interest and not a single viewer so was beginning to feel concerned. I saw recommendations for C&P on Facebook and contacted them for a valuation. James came over within a day or two and valued my property - I was really impressed with how much he knew about the area, my housing association and shared ownership in general. I had valuations from other local agents who were no where near as knowledgeable so my mind was quickly made up with who to choose. Again, within a matter of days, Michael came over to photograph the property. The customer service and friendless from every member of the team is amazing, they were all so respectful of my property, very friendly to myself and my children. Michael particularly went above and beyond as my baby was having a nap in one of the bedrooms at the time, so he photographed every other room and came back an hour later once the baby was up to finish this, which I was really grateful for! Within a week of being live, we had an entire day booked out with viewings - I couldn’t believe it! James and Ben kept us up to date with the viewings and gave feedback about each one. Needless to say, within a matter of weeks a buyer made an offer on my property. I was then struggling to find a property to purchase and was conscious of holding up the chain so decided to rent for the time being, C&P also helped assist with this and squeezed us in to view a property I had seen online and liked. James and Ben were fantastic towards the end, chasing both mine and the buyers solicitors and providing us with daily updates right up until completion. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Cowling and Payne again in the future and highly recommend them.
