Thanks to Shah and the team but especially to Katie for helping to sell my flat which had a very short lease. Sale was drawn out and extremely stressful but not through any fault on Central's side. Would recommend Central because they market properties really well, they are able to secure viewings quickly and you can speak to staff directly or via email. What happens next salewise depends on how good your solicitors/conveyancers are. Fortunately, I used a very good experienced conveyancer who understood the law so coupled with Central it was a winning combination. Top marks to Central. Thank you all.
