“I actually think this a very balanced review site rather than Google that has no recourse for enhanced or fake and malicious reviews to be made. Let’s face it an unhappy customer is unhappy and their review may be enhanced to try and “punish” what they see as a transgression when really it just didn’t turn out the way the customer thought. Especially in business to business, we have several clients who just use sites to vent their frustrations and literally just use the sites to call us names and rant,,,,, this is not fair and business should have the right to be able to ask that the review is about the service and true as to what happened.
