Trustpilot is one of those online companies that spends a lot of money to get their website into the top positions when you're searching for reviews of less-than reputable companies to essentially serve as a marketing arm for those companies. If you perform some research of companies that quite clearly have a negative rap with their customers, you'll see mostly positive reviews that don't provide any information about the experience. Anyone that posts a negative review has to go through a difficult process to prove not only that they are who they say they are, but that the events did exist as they claimed to exist.
