My tenure with Cox and Co Letting Agency has been an exercise in patience and resilience, marked by instances that unfortunately cast a shadow on the overall experience. Communication hurdles with Cox and Co persisted, with delays in responses leaving us feeling uninformed and frustrated. This ongoing challenge created a cloud of uncertainty around important matters related to the property, and the difficulty in obtaining timely and effective communication became a persistent source of inconvenience. Regrettably, My experience with Cox and Co was impacted by instances of gaslighting, which added an emotional toll to an already challenging situation. Attempts to address concerns were met with dismissive responses, and it became apparent that the main point of contact for these issues was Mike Erskine. His dismissive and unprofessional conduct left us questioning the validity of our concerns, contributing to the strain on my tenancy. In an effort to assess the severity of the problems i faced, I enlisted the help of a joiner. Their professional assessment highlighted the subpar repair standards and further confirmed the validity of our concerns regarding property maintenance. The agency's approach to maintenance and repair standards, as highlighted by the independent joiner, also fell short of expectations. Broken repair standards and delays in addressing issues left me with a sense of neglect. Cox and Co's lackluster response to crucial property maintenance, with Mike Erskine at the forefront, further underscored the challenging nature of my living situation. In conclusion, my tenancy with Cox and Co Letting Agency, particularly the involvement of Mike Erskine, has been marked by a series of challenges. Communication difficulties, gaslighting, and subpar repair standards were aspects of the experience that were beyond my control. Prospective tenants should approach their engagement with Cox and Co with caution, fully aware of the potential hurdles that may arise during their tenancy, especially with Mike Erskine's involvement, and consider seeking independent assessments when necessary. In response to the reply. im more than happy to share emails to prove your reply is invalid and factually incorrect. i find it rather amusing your reply is making out your the vitcim. Picture below is of front door. Glass panel on front door wasn't sealed and condenastion coming through right next to the electrics. And gaps in front door casuing the weather and the storms to.go through tha flat. Don't know how it's unreasonable to demand a time scale to get a front door to keep the elements out. And whilst waiting being told it's not a problem Hmmmmmm?
