I chose S&B to sell my investment property and they did a great job. They valued it at a higher price than I expected so I got a better . The purchaser's solicitor was a nightmare but throughout, they behaved impeccably and with great restraint. Sale should have taken three months but took six due to purchasers solicitor but overall, S&B did a great job.
