Our son lives in America and I am close to London so I help to look after his Edinburgh flat. We switched to Clan Gordon two years ago after our original agents were taken over yet again and Hannah made the change very straightforward. We have found the CG staff pleasant and extremely efficient and we wish we had joined the Clan much earlier. We particularly like the fact that they only operate locally and all maintenance work is handled through a trusted network of skilled tradesmen rather than a jackofalltrades inhouse subsidiary whose competence can be highly suspect. We also find CG’s landlord property records very comprehensive and easy to access on line. Anna and the team have recently overseen the complete refurbishment of our flat which would have been impossible to achieve at arm’s length without their help. We and the tenants are delighted with the result. My only concern is that Clan Gordon themselves might be taken over at some stage !
