SCAM!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!! they took my holding deposit, asked for incredulous details regarding referencing, to which I supplied everything, and because my partner's landlord didn't give a reference in time (2 weeks) even though we have contacted him now and he said he did- they said if we didn't pay the main deposit and advance rent £2k+ we would not get the room. THIS WAS WITHOUT A TENANCY AGREEMENT IN PLACE BECAUSE REFERENCING HADNT COMPLETED YET. So eventually we figured out they were a scam and they have refused to give us our deposit back because we 'withdrew' but we didn't even hear anything back whether the referencing had gone through. Never mind a tenancy agreement being in place. SCAM SCAM SCUM OF THE EARTH do NOT waste your time or money!!! And give me my money back Nassim you write all your reviews yourself
