When I put my property on the market last October , I never thought that it take this long. This was mainly due to the first buyers not being honest. We put the house back on the market and within 2 weeks I had 5 offers. Have to say that Shahzad and James are the ultimate professionals & their understanding of the area and market is amazing. Therefore it is easy for me to recommend them to any prospective seller/buyer. Because as stressful as it was at times, they always maintained communication with me on what was going on and delivered what was most important the sale of my property.
