I understand selling and moving house is ranked within one of the top stresses in life. Well NOT SO with Hancock’s Estates. From the minute I picked up the phone and every interval throughout this process I haven’t worried about the process or the progress. I think what sets Hancock’s Estates apart; the differentiator so to speak is Phil’s authenticity and attentiveness. Every detail, any time of day, any query - even wall plugs - Phil was simply outstanding. If I decided to set up my own operations/ customer service company, I would have Phil as Chief Operating Officer because he takes customer experience and customer service to a different stratosphere. We’re just so so grateful to Phil. What a hero!
