From the initial visit of Matthew Biggin to value the property until final completion we were kept informed continually as to the progress. This included emails and direct contact via the mobile. Advice regarding suitable solicitors as we lived outside the area was given and Matthew Biggin would chase up anything required to make sure the whole process was as trouble free as could be. We have dealt with many agents over the years and Matthew James Property Services stand head and shoulders above all others and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
