Really friendly service and very responsive to any queries. When myself and my partner were looking at renting our flats, they gave us the peace of mind about what we would need to do and were able to answer all questions (especially around the slightly different circumstance of us moving abroad). The only negative I would say is that information received by both of us does not always align, which has created some confusion at times, but otherwise everything has been grand and we've felt looked after and supported.
