Having used the services of Clan Gordon for many years I offer the following. The company was chosen from a number of others due to the quick,,efficient, and pleasant manner of their Director. We have two properties which are very well managed in all respects, with very regular updates and feedback on both our flats and tenants. They are very quick to advise us of breakdowns and any other issues, and where required accept our involvement in us being proactive in ordering goods and relevant upgrades ourselves.. They listen to our thoughts when considering rent increases etc. In general we would not leave this particular company.
