After marketing our property with a different Estate Agent and not selling, we decided to switch to Park Row. Instantly we saw a difference, they were contactable out of normal office hours and also did our viewings out of hours (we are currently living outside the UK) which resulted in our potential buyers being able to view in times that suited them. we have now sold our house and for a lot more than the initial asking price. Park Row really do what they promise and we are more than happy to recommed them.

25 Aug 2024Thank you Matt. We really appreciate your review, it helps us show other potential clients that Estate Agents are NOT all the same! Too many people make the wrong decisions when choosing an Estate Agent, but the industry can have such a bad reputation and lots of Agents mislead the public. In the UK anyone can just set up or start working as an Estate Agent. That’s like going into a hospital to have heart surgery and not knowing that it’s the Surgeons first day and they’ve never done an operation before! Make sure you dig deep into the Agent that comes into your home (probably one of the most expensive things you will ever own) and find out exactly what experience they personally have (just because they work for a firm that you know, doesn’t mean the person in your home has the correct knowledge and experience. Don’t be fooled with Pie Charts saying they have the most stock or have sold the most properties! These can all be manipulated to the untrained eye, it’s not about having the most stock or selling the most, you want an Agent who can give the best service and the best results (there’s a massive difference between selling and getting the best price). Also in today’s internet and smart phone lifestyles, you need to make sure your agents can keep up! You can’t just rely on have your property on Rightmove, I’m still amazed that most agents don’t open seven days a week and evenings (the time that most people want to interact). Like in your case we often take properties over from other Agents who have had them up for sale for a long time, then we get the results the original Agent couldn’t. Many Agents get paid to get the initial instruction, but once the contract is signed, they disappear, then start to call you asking for a price reduction! (They originally valued it too high to win the listing, but that can damage the sale completely and reduce the final sale price) Happy days!

25 Aug 2024Thank you Matt. There’s a massive difference between ‘selling’ and ‘getting the best price’ on a property! Lots of potential clients choose the wrong Agent at the start because they don’t do enough due diligence. At Park Row we explain the massive differences in Estate Agents during our first meeting at your home. We then leave without asking you to make a decision or sign any contract. We then give you enough time to digest the information you’ve heard, allowing our potential clients to make a much more informed decision (even if that decision means the don’t choose Park Row) Honesty, Trust and Integrity!
