Century 21 has surpassed all other agents we had contact with during our search for a house. They were knowledgeable, responsive and most importantly, empathetic through a very stressful time! Megan in particular was an angel and I cannot thank her enough for the kindness she showed us, and her genuine joy for us when we completed. There is no comparison with other agents and I cannot recommend Century 21 highly enough!

We do not charge tenants any admin fees. We will request a £150 holding - reservation deposit to reserve a property and pending a successful reference, this deposit will come off the first month's rent when requested.
