For rentals this site is worse than OTM or Prime Location. It has barely any properties listed for rent and they seem to be coming from only a handful of agents. The search function is useless, booking 24/7 isn't accurate... It should be labelled as "enquire 24/7" as no booking is confirmed until the agent contacts you, gets all the info they need and then books you in for a time that suits them. That's just how it works with RM or Zoopla, there is nothing special about boomin. I don't even bother checking this site anymore.
