I booked an appointment for a house valuation with a company in Tamworth Staffordshire via the Boomin site. It was for 11.30am this morning as confirmed by Boomin. The agent has just telephoned me to say they cannot do it today even though Boomin gave me a choice of dates and times on their web-site. Dealing with Boomin was a complete waste of my time and to say that I am BLOODY ANNOYED is putting it mildly The agent said that Boomin does not give dates or times of appointments but a large part of the Boomin site is devoted to just that. I tried again to make an appointment with Martin and Co Tamworth this time they did not even respond to the request.
