From the start to the end of a sometimes difficult sale, all the staff were very professional and proactive. The communication was great and I felt involved and informed at all stages. It was very positive experience and would definitely recommend the Liverpool South branch to friends and family. A special mention to Liz, my main contact, who was excellent.

We do not charge tenants any admin fees. We will request a £150 holding - reservation deposit to reserve a property and pending a successful reference, this deposit will come off the first month's rent when requested.
