I commissioned Pedder to sell my flat in Forest Hill and could not recommend them more highly. From the opening visit where Daniel Yull provided expert and constructive advice on the pricing approach, to the organisation of the sales brochure contents, to the viewing feedback and process once an offer had been accepted, their communication and service was faultless and hugely professional. They really came into their own in the journey between accepting an offer and exchanging/completing - it was a lot longer of a process than I had anticipated due to factors outside of our control, but they were fantastic at managing this, doing everything they could to be a conduit between the various parties involved, and to help keep things moving forwards as best as possible. Despite the wider general stresses of trying to sell a property, it always felt like Pedder were there to help, and find a solution where needed. I was incredibly lucky in particular to have Ben West as my agent, who was by far the best agent I've ever liaised with. He was always helpful, responsive, full of positive yet realistic counsel, and was a pleasure to have on my side. Ben's a real asset to the agency and I'm delighted to recommend his services to others.
