Best Estate Agents I've used and would recommend to everyone. From start to finish I've been impressed, selling my existing property and also buying the new property both through Gibson Honey. After the initial valuation with Mark, who was very down to earth and easy to deal with, I had multiple house viewings by the end of the same week resulting in more than one offer. The sale and purchase were both agreed within 2 weeks, during which time Nicola was great in the negotiations and made this part much easier than I thought it would be. The sales progressions were then handled primarily by Wendy who kept me updated every step of the way and also by Kevin who, like Wendy, kept me updated with every change. Very grateful to all of the team at GH for their help as I know they worked very hard for the sale and purchase to go through.
