I’ve had a really positive experience purchasing a property with Richard. From the initial viewing, through the offer process and through to exchange the process has been smooth, communication has been timely and he has been active in helping to get things moving between the solicitors when updates weren’t coming through. From offer to exchange only took 9 weeks, and Richard was instrumental in moving progress along swiftly. From the outset the he has been proactive and engaged, worlds apart from my previous experience of the purchase process. Buying a house is stressful, but working with this team has been easy and their professionalism and willingness to help has been reassuring. I’d recommend working with this team.
