We bought a house from Gibson Honey and I was very impressed with their professionalism, always listening and helpfulness. They showed us the house and were very transparent as real estate agents. They always answered our questions immediately by phone or email. We never felt like there was anything we could not ask for from Gibson Honey. The communication between us and the team was always smooth. Tommy Hall is one of the best real estate agents at Gibson Honey, he always listened to our concerns and gave us advice. Tommy, thank you so much for arranging everything. The whole team is made up of extremely helpful and transparent people, like Wendy Fewell, who went out of her way to mediate this lengthy process between our lender and the seller's paperwork. She liaised with the solicitors and ensured that the process moved forward. The various parties to the process will respond in their own time, but she kept things moving. Thank you again, Wendy, for all your hard work and countless emails. Jo Binding is another professional on the team who also communicated with us very professionally and kept things running smoothly. Overall this company is run by Kevin Gibson who leads this extremely talented team. A very talented team, Kevin. We had to wait for paperwork to complete, the lender's paperwork, level 3 survey, lender's application and seller's application, but overall it was a very pleasant experience with Gibson Honey. It was not an easy process, but if you are thinking of selling or buying a home, I would highly recommend this team. You definitely need a professional team that is knowledgeable in all areas of the buying/selling process and this is the one for you. They will go above and beyond and will definitely get the job done for you somehow. Once again, thank you Gibson Honey Team for all your hard work.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
IN-HOUSE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards. If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter). What will happen next? • We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure. • We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the office manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter. • If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a Director. • We will write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
