Although Paul Carr got a lot of viewings booked into our house they failed to do their due diligence on a gentleman who made an offer on our property. Only did they find out 10 weeks down the line that he couldn't get a mortgage which was unbelievably frustrating as we'd got to a certain point on a purchase of our own. Whilst o wasn't very happy from that point of view I can't speak highly enough of Lesley Harvey. She was absolutely brilliant as soon as we were put in touch of her. She got everything sorted and was really on the ball and excellent with her communication with us. I can't thank her enough for all her help and for getting us over the line. Paul Carr are extremely lucky to have someone like that working for them.

28 Oct 2024Hi Lloyd, thank you for your feedback and I appreciate that a sale falling through is very frustrating, however the buyer provided their proof of deposit as well as their agreement in principle which is why we agreed the sale to them. During the process the bank decided not to lend which is of course annoying but sadly out of our control. We remarketed your property straight away, found a new buyer and Lesley was able to progress the sale to completion for you and I am pleased that you were delighted with her support. I can only apologise that your sale wasn't quite as straightforward as we would have all hoped for. I do wish you all the best in your new home and hope you are settling in well.
