Can highly recommend Radcliffe & Rust. They were professional, effective, and responsive throughout the entire process. Richard took excellent photos and prepared a beautiful online walkthrough that really helped sell the property. He also organised someone for the floor plans, video, and EPC. All of this was prompt and professional. We received an offer at asking price within 1 week of the property being on the market. From there, Kaitlin handled the post-offer acceptance including any communications/queries from the buyer. Again, this was handled very professionally, Kaitlin was friendly and always reachable. Would definitely use again, thank you!
