Good communication, clear, well organised. Sensitive that the house being sold was my fathers who had recently died and that we have lots of items to be resolved so went at our pace.

We do not charge tenants any admin fees. We will request a £150 holding - reservation deposit to reserve a property and pending a successful reference, this deposit will come off the first month's rent when requested.
