When it came to putting our home on the market, we invited three agents round to our property with a view to picking the one we felt confident could sell it and had the rapport with us. Mark Antony was one of the agents and we immediately liked the very personable Sonya Laing. Her zest, enthusiasm and friendliness really struck a chord with us and we particularly liked her commitment to us and our property, assuring us that she would conduct any viewings herself. We quickly decided it would be Mark Antony that we wanted to sell our beloved home. We were equally impressed with the onward service provided by MA. A photographer came along and took a wonderful set of pictures and helped by the super-efficient Jodie Wane (more about her later) at the office, our listing went live. True to her word, Sonya arrived for viewing after viewing and we were always comforted to know that she'd done all the legwork in order for her to know our home and the local area inside and out. After every viewing she always found time to sit down with us and give us feedback on how it all had gone. We'd then get further feedback in the following days from the office once Jodie and the team had spoken to the viewers. This thorough way of offering us feedback not only gave us a boost but also helped us manage our expectations going forward and was very useful. We had some issues along the way, as you always do when selling a property, but the team at MA, especially Jodie, had endless reserves of patience, positivity and common sense. We were struck by their ability to overcome any hurdles. We would often come off the phone from Jodie and co feeling uplifted a good deal calmer! And yes, they did sell their house for us...to the right buyer and for the right price. The hard work carried on post sale with the same efficiency and eye for detail we'd come to expect and appreciate from this company. In our view, MA and every one of its staff are first rate and are deserving of every recognition within the industry. Here are a few words we'd use to describe MA: professional, trustworthy, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, caring, great team, amazing customer service. We wouldn't hesitate in using this agent again or recommending them to family, friends and anyone else we know. All in all, just brilliant!
