I have been very happy with the Let & Manage service from Beth. We interviewed about 11 estate agents mainly around the East London/Essex area but ABC Gone offered the best overall package. This is a 3 year contract, however there is the option of a 1 year break clause. This is our first property with ABC Gone. Our aims: -Guaranteed rent scheme -To find an agent that will take on the vast majority of our property management. We want to use our time to concentrate on other projects Giving us a competitive rental income -Good customer service. This includes prompt responses to our calls or emails -An agent that is prepared to go above and beyond. Beth was a solid testament of this Background We initially met Beth face to face; she was very accommodating and answered our questions succinctly. Beth visited the first property and advised us on the rental income. We then negotiated the terms and Beth advised us on seeking possession correctly. It is important to get this done correctly. Subsequent to the old tenants leaving, we had to do a light refurb of the property so we had a void period for a number of weeks. However, Beth had a tenant ready to move in within a few days of the work being completed. After which, our first rental payment was paid. Beth supported us to ensure there was a smooth transition from old tenants to new tenants We have now been assigned a case manager who we will liaise with for day to day queries Overall, Beth has been extremely professional and is knowledgeable on the housing sector. We will be looking at giving ABC Gone additional properties So far, this has been a positive experience therefore I will give 5 stars
