Zoe and her staff were tops when selling our fairly unique property Copdock Hall - a 16th century wedding venue, six-bed house and vineyard. While most agents made excuses, absurd valuations and displayed remarkable inertia and apathy, ZN embraced the challenge and filled us with confidence. Professional, communicative, realistic and full of perseverance, all the staff were committed to the sale despite an 11th hour withdrawal on our first sale for, frankly, weird reasons on behalf of the would-be purchaser. ZN brushed themselves down and got on with it which inspired us to keep going. If you have a rural property, maybe a bit quirky, large, unusual or whatever frankly...I can recommend Zoe Napier enough. Ian Evans
