I am delighted with the service provided By Ginene. She was knowledgeable about the property when we first viewed it. She was instrumental in the bidding process. She seemed genuinely interested in us and getting us the house that we wanted. She remained on contact all the way through the journey. On completion she was as happy as we were! When we collected the keys, there was a congratulations card & a house move box which was a welcome surprise. We plan to refurb the house & Ginene was even interested in that ! A very good Estate Agent who show more interest than any other we visited. Well done and keep it up. Regards June

Lost Keys
Tenants are liable to the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s). If extra costs are incurred there will be a charge of £15 per hour (inc. VAT) for the time taken replacing lost key(s) or other security device(s).

Early Termination
Should the tenant wish to leave their contract early, they shall be liable to the landlord’s costs in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
