I am delighted to write a review/testimonial for your services you have carriedv outv in overseeing the sale of Colaton House, House. Firstly I would like to acknowledge that this is the 7th house I have sold but the ist as an executor and indeed the 1st I have sold from a distance of 500 miles being resident in Perthshire. I would like to thank Ryan and Glenda along with the rest of your team for going well beyond the call of duty in overseeing the sale of the property, pointing me in the right direction to appoint other professionals (solicitors, and civil engineers), maintenance contractors and house clearance operatives. all of which have been excellent at carrying out their tasks to an extremely high standard. this from someone sitting here at a distance, viewed your professionalism and understanding as remarkable, as to me this was a sale that did not have its problems to seek. You were able to find a buyer immediately but due to a completely inaccurate survey report along with the short lived Truss reign as prime minister not only sparked concern in the housing market but gave the potential buyers cold feet. However you immediately located a second purchaser which you had up your sleeve and although it took sme time before there was the exchange of contracts you guided me through the process with clear explanations and calmness at every hurdle. I honestly don 't know how we would have coped without Links handling the sale with such expertise and professionalism and all I can say is thank you so much to Ryan, Glenda and the team. We would 100% recommend you to anyone wishing to sell a property in the Exmouth area in the future.
