Illegal Section 21 after making complaint of repair, Confirmed at check out by agent that us asking for windows to be repaired was what started the problems. Never prescribed the correct deposit scheme information Then after checkout used doctored photos to try to make a fraudulant claim for cleaning items that didnt exist in the property, and even after stating that it was very clean at check out and cant see anymore that we could do, still lied and tried to take 450 in carpet cleaning, If i hadnt had my own photos they would of carried on trying to claim. Anyone reading contact on adymk3@live.co.uk happy to evidence the proof
