I have been a tenant of Easthams&Co for over a three months now and have had a very positive experience. From the beginning of the application process, the staff were professional and knowledgeable about their properties. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and were able to find a unit that suited me perfectly. Since moving in, I have been impressed with the responsiveness of the agency's maintenance team. Any issue that has arisen has been promptly addressed and resolved, with minimal disruption to my daily routine. Additionally, the agency has been transparent and communicative about any planned maintenance or repairs that may affect my unit, which has been helpful in planning my own schedule. The agency also provides useful resources for tenants, including a portal for paying rent and submitting maintenance requests online. This has made the process much more efficient and convenient for me, especially during busy periods at work. Overall, I would highly recommend Easthams&Co Agency to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and tenant-focused housing agency.
